After moving to Virginia Beach in 2004, I soon became a REALTOR®. It’s a joy helping you make a home here, whether moving from another city or another neighborhood. And, when it’s time to sell, my design and marketing background kicks in, advising on staging and preparing for photos & virtual tour, and highlighting your home’s special features…helping you get the maximum value for your home! With an average market time of 37 days and typical sales price of 98-100% of list price, I am RESULTS oriented! 

Interested in home design, remodeling and construction as far back as I can remember, I’ve learned a lot as the daughter of a designer/builder of luxury homes, the spouse of a “new construction” manager, and plenty of my own design & DIY projects over the years!
